We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products, and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, answer customer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads database.
- Introduce customers to our products/services and highlight their features and benefits.
- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and provide information, resolve inquiries, or escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and objectives.
